Responsibilities of participating training organisations

Responsibility for the content which the training organisations enters (uploads), publishes, sends by e-mail or passes on in any other manner within the framework of the services shall be solely borne by yourself or the company from such content originates. iMOVE shall not be liable for content, in particular for errors, incorrect or incomplete information in connection with content, nor for any loss or damage which emanates from use of content.
